• Scope changes. Handled by addendum, signed before any new work starts.
• Confidentiality. Two-way, indefinite.

Rights to the work

On full payment, exclusive rights to the design and code transfer to the client. Third-party font licences sit with the client; we help acquire them.

After launch

Three weeks of post-launch support are included. After that it's a phone-call relationship, not a retainer. No subscription fees, no surprise invoices.
