The site is built to collect as little as possible. Below is the full inventory — what and why.

What we collect

• Brief form. Name, email, company, the text of your answers. Used only to reply.
• Journal subscription. Email — used only to send the letter.
• Server logs. IP, user agent, status code — 14 days, for diagnostics.

Analytics — Yandex.Metrika

We use Yandex.Metrika for basic site analytics. It collects de-identified pageview data — URL, referrer, device type, region, load timings. Yandex acts as the data processor; their full policy is at yandex.com/legal/confidential.

• On: click map, outbound link tracking, accurate bounce rate.
• Off: Webvisor (session replay), retargeting, ad-profile joining.
• Cookies: first-party, up to 2 years. Yandex-side retention up to 25 months.
• Opt out: the Yandex.Metrika opt-out extension, or send a DNT: 1 header from your browser.

What we don't collect

• No third-party trackers. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no ad SDKs.
• No ad cookies. Just one functional cookie (language) plus the Metrika analytics cookies.
• No user profiles on our side. Only aggregated Metrika reports on Yandex's side.

Retention

Brief replies stay until the conversation closes, then move to an archive. Subscriptions live until you unsubscribe in one click. Logs auto-rotate every 14 days.

Your rights

Request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it — email hello@nouve.design with subject «Privacy». Reply within 36 hours.
